It struck me how a manager (boss) has fired a good engineer not for "bad" engineering, but for a lack of teamwork - and that shows in class through group projects, sports and being involved on a team, being in a family with parents and siblings, and at school with being able to work with classmates and teachers.
Hopefully as you mature and move into this coming year of school - you can focus on developing a better attitude and desire to interact comfortably and successfully with people who are different from you. Learn how to agree that you won't always agree, but can still function together and help each other improve.
